Lee Wilson is a tax attorney whose primary practice focuses on tax controversy matters at the federal, state, and local levels. He represents individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice's Tax Division, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and various other state and local governmental taxing authorities.
Lee holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M., Taxation) from The University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. The University's program is universally recognized as one of the top tax law programs in the country. Prior to that, Lee obtained his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a member of the School's Law Review.

Jack Naranjo | Partner
Jack Naranjo has been practicing tax law, corporate law, and business transaction law since 2003. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 1997 and his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M., Taxation) from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2003. His undergraduate degree was a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and included a semester of studying classical Greek philosophy at Oxford University in the UK.
Jack has handled federal, state, and local tax controversies for individuals and companies, as well as complex corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, controlled foreign corporation tax issues, foreign asset reporting issues, and issues pertaining to tax-exempt entities. He has litigated state and federal tax matters in Tax Court and state court. He has handled many IRS appeals of assessment, liens and levies. He is not afraid to tackle complex and daunting tax issues. He is not afraid of the IRS.

Richard James was raised in Corinth, Mississippi in a family of four. He attended The University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy (1999) and a Master of Taxation (2000). While at Ole Miss, he received a Taylor Medal, the top honor given to each of the university's school's top students, and he passed the Mississippi Certified Public Accountancy Exam with the second highest score in the state, among all first-time test takers.

Julia Salzman | Attorney
Julia is an attorney and a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
She received a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduating from UTSA, she worked as a tax associate for Ernst & Young, focusing on tax controversy and dispute resolution concerning state and local income and franchise taxes. Julia also interned with Ernst & Young’s Global Trade practice, developing skills related to international trade regulations, foreign-trade zones, and customs compliance. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Marvin Isgur in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She currently serves as the Chief Articles Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. When she isn’t working or studying, Julia enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, and reading.
